We believe that all of our clients are entitled to the highest level of service. Client satisfactions are our confidence. Our quality control and system of safeguards are carefully designed to ensure the accuracy of your accounting work and income tax returns. Mistakes should be kept to minimum in our system. However, if we do make an error in the preparation of your tax return that costs you any ATO General Interest Charge and/or penalty on additional taxes due, we will 100% reimburse you for the interest and penalty imposed by the ATO (conditions apply).  As a member of IPA, we bought a million dollar worth of insurance covered on our work!

We used three-step procedures for our mutual benefits before quoting to a potential customer: 1)	For the great majority of our jobs, we have an initial consultation with the owner of the business to enable us to view the business records and last year(s) financial statements and income tax return(s), and determine the scope and complexity of the job; 2)	Then we are in a position to make an informed decision on the value of the job, and offer you a fixed quote; and 3)	Following our mutual agreement on the value of the job we confirm this by forwarding to the Fixed Price Services Agreement (verbal or written) and letter which our client authorises and returns to us.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We offer valued fixed fee guarantee package. An integrated solution for your accounting needs and tax compliance by managing your bookkeeping process and tax obligations in a cost effective way  This way you know with certainty upfront what the total fee will be.  If our initial consultation is simply for the purpose of evaluating the job and establishing the value thereof then there is no fee for this consultation. If the initial consultation is primarily for advice we will invoice accordingly. Then the following standard chargeable hours will be applied accordingly.   The standard professional fees are (subject to notification of changes): Principal	$ 180 per hour Accountant	$ 80 to 160 per hour Secretarial	$ 180 per hour  For work undertaken for a period of less than an hour, the rate shall be charged in 6 minute blocks, or part thereof. All fees are Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) exclusive and subject to 10% GST.
