15 adults and 2 children.  The Dining room has everything including BBQ and lounge room, formal dining room, good kitchen.  Like everything done if possible.  Its to celebrate my Sister's 70th Birthday and a family celebration.  Rob is vegetarian but eats fish. Would love to discuss your availability and the menu.  Would like lovely hot and cold hors d'oeuvres starting at 12pm, (so we an mingle) no entree, sit down at 12.45pm - 1pm at dining table preferably platter style where we serve ourselves and speeches, dessert, preferably icecream, tiny cake with a candle (not many of us like cake) and maybe a cheese platter for us to graze on until 3ishpm. I'm organising a film shoot for the 24th and 25th of February. We will be shooting at Bond St on the 24th and at Barangaroo on the 25th. I need a caterer to provide meals, snacks, and drinks for 19 people each day and deliver it each day at around 10:30am. 

Here are the must haves: 

Snacks: A variety of dry nuts, cookies, fruit, and other supermarket snacks should be perfect. 

Drinks: A variety of water, juice. Enough for the team to have several throughout the day. Water bottles must be at least 0.5l

Lunch: Open to ideas, but ideally nothing that has to be heat up. 

Extras: Cutlery and napkins must be included. Some of the crew members have dietary requirements like gluten-free, pescatarian, soy and dairy free that must be catered for.
