I am insured and I offer a 24 hour guarantee on all my work, I will return and redo an area if the client is not satisfied. The reason I say 24 hours is because after that time the client can re mess u the area

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have always had an interest in Forensics and studied but I am too old to join the Police Force as a cadet so when a friend committed suicide and his mother was told to clean it up, and I went in and cleaned it I knew I had found something I love and have an interest in as well it is my calling

As a Forensic Cleaner my stories are difficult to share but my results are always the same I come into someones life at a very difficult time because they are dealing with a death, but I make it better by cleaning and sanitising and making the home safe and clean again

The client should make sure the quote lists everything that they want done and get it in writng. Confirm that the cleaner will be using their own equipment and cleaning products, make sure the cleaner has a Police Clearance so the client has no concerns about leaving their possessions in someone elses hands

My clients always ask me how long will I be in their homes and how soon can they come back in, I try to access the area and give them the best estimate I can i tell them it is their home and they can return at any time but I do need floors to be dry or they are wasting their money

I am reliable and trustworthy because I guarantee to be on the job within hours of being contacted I always leave my office to be on the job early to discuss in person the clients needs. I also have police checks as well as all my staff because I deal with crime scenes all the time so clients need to be able to trust me in their homes

The things I need to know before I can quote is what day do you require me, do you want me to do anything unusual as in packing if they are moving, how many rooms and what do they expect to be done eg, bathrooms, shower screens, windows vacuuming mopping.

Here are my top three tips to save money and time FOR A HOUSE CLEAN  ONE OFF 1. PICK UP ITEMS OFF THE FLOOR  2. KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT DONE 3. MAKE SURE PETS AND CHILDREN ARE NOT IN THE WAY 4. IF IT IS FOR A MOVEOUT CLEAN MAKE SURE THE REMOVALISTS ARE FINISHED NOTHING WORSE THAN A CLEANER STANDING AROUND WAITING TO START AS TIME STARTS FROM WHEN WE ARRIVE

What makes your pricing competitive?

I beileve I am competitive because of my training but I also use top of the range products hepa vacuum cleaner so air is cleaner and I check if there are any allergies so I can use different chemicals for the clean. And I treat a normal clean with the same care as I would a crime scene.

I ask all the correct questions and get as much information about the job then I normally quote depending on what is required to satisfy the clients needs but usually it is by the hour

My specialty is Forensic Cleaning so obviously I take extra care with Crime Scenes Decomposition or suicides but this has made me an expert in all aspects of a normal clean

I have studied Forensic, Infection Control and Bug Control and have certificates to make sure I have the correct trining so I do not cross contaminate a clients home.
