I was advised someone would be at my house by 10am to complete my job, however, no one showed up. I called at 11am and was told it would be looked into. I received a call and was told they were on another job which was running over time and they would call back to confirm if they would be able to complete my job. After not hearing anything until after 5pm, I called again and was eventually told they could not complete my job on the day I needed. I wasted an entire day waiting around and my job has still not been complete.Linda
