We are insured for public and product liability and also have WorkCover insurance for all our staff. We guarantee that when you deal with GEC you will not need another cleaning service. We want you to be satisfied the first time and every time we attend your premises that's our guarantee.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have been in the cleaning industry my whole life and it is what I know best and what I am best at. People that call GEC always ask for me the Director to be on site as I will always try my hardest to make the client happy and provide them with the service they want and need.

Customer satisfaction. The amazing feedback we get from our clientele which confirms their satisfaction and happiness with the service we provided them. Also, receiving calls from new customers that have been referred to us from a client.

Customers should always ask how long the job will take and get an idea of costs involved, ask about insurances and police/working with children checks. Customers should also let the service provider know if they have the cleaning supplies and to inform of any allergies to chemicals to the residents.

Q. How long will my house take to clean? A. On our first attendance and depending on what the customer requires your house can take anywhere from 2-4 or even 6-8 hours to clean. This is offcourse dependent on a number of factors mostly the condition of the home, size and your requirements.

We are a very honest family run business. I see to my clients personally and have references from past and current jobs that will show this. We attend the job on time and leave on time. Our staff have police and working with children checks and are a trained and experienced team.

Providing us with as much information about the job is most important and also the maximum hours you want the cleaner to spend in your premises. We will always endeavour to allocate the right time for the work required so providing us with a maximum is a great way to avoid any hiccups later.

To save yourself some cash; - remove all clutter/items on surfaces that require dusting/wiping, vacuum/moping; - customers that want an ongoing service to purchase the cleaning products and keep them on hand for the cleaner; - provide a checklist of what you require on the cleaners arrival.

What makes our pricing competitive is knowing that when you deal with GEC you will not require another cleaning service after a cleaner has already been around. We provide what is required for the job and work hard to get the job completed. We don't waste time and our prices are fair.

We generally charge at an hourly rate. However in some circumstances we will charge a flat rate. This is all dependent on the service required by the customer.

We are specialists in all areas of cleaning and are very experienced in the commercial and residential arena. We take much pride in not only our cleaning service but also our carpet steam cleaning, high pressure washing, window cleaning and all other job related requirements.
