How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I stumbled across it at the start i was between jobs and a friend asked me to help run some wire through the roof of a new house on weekends next thing i was an apprentice and haven't looked back . Yes its been tough but our Business is growing each and every day.

What do you like most about your job?

I love getting out amongst the people doing something different every day working with new clients being creative in new houses its a great job. The satisfaction at the end of each and every job and keeping our clients happy. How do I know this from the referrals that they pass on is what keeps us busy and the future of our Business growing.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Your First priority should be are you licenced and follow up with your electrical safety certificates that should be provided.  We try to be very price competitive  but I always explain  to my clients don't always go for the cheapest quote because a lot of the time you get what you pay for, ( which could mean Inferior products and service). We may not be the cheapest quote but I will guarantee that the service you receive from us will be outstanding from the start to the finish.  I always use quality products that are guaranteed and meet our Australian standards. Make sure you get a licensed contractor .

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

We get asked all the time how did we as girls become Electricians, or are we mother and daughter and Chelsea is always asked what's it like working for your mum or what made us want to be electricians.  My answer basically as a girl I was always one of the boys growing up with 3 brothers you don't stand much of a chance at being a girl, so as I've grown up I always been very independent  and determined to prove to my self that anything is possible and also achievable, and the more someone said no the more I wanted to prove them wrong.  Becoming an Electrician was by chance to do something different not just a girly job and now i love going to a job and making a difference helping people out . Chelsea says she enjoys working with me and I think we make a great team.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

We pride ourselves on being very professional in the way we look clean tidy uniforms, clean vehicles and arriving on time and returning all our customers calls, We get a lot of positive feed back from our clients about arriving at there job on time or calling if we have been held up, and the fact we're in a clean and tidy uniform.

We are very professional in our approach to helping our clients with the work they require, we arrive on time, or follow up with a call if we've been held up. we offer expert advice on all your electrical needs and even on some design aspects in your home or office. We have a great Mother & Daughter team that works extremely well and love the look on peoples faces when they not only realise we're an all girl team but we are also mother and daughter. we do a lot of work get a for ladies who like the fact that a female can come in do a fantastic job and not be intimidated by someone telling them what they should or shouldn't do rather than offer options for what can be done.
