Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Since we are web developers, we work remotely and have no need to be insured and carry public indemnity insurance. However WE DO guarantee our work, and We DO continue to work on the project until our customers are satisfied with the result.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I learnt HTML programming and website design 2000. I built a few websites to generate advertising. At the age of 29 I met a developer and we started working together. 13 years later we have built and grown a number of brands, our most exciting one being AusLocal.com.au

One of my existing clients referred me to another client back in 2008, (client 1). Client 1 then referred me onto client 2 and client 3. Client 3 gave us a few projects to work on and then referred us onto client 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. It is now 2020, and we have created over 15 websites for this network of clients.

What do you like most about your job?

We're changing lives.  Online is taking over, if a business sells a product, service or whatever they do, if they're not online they will suffer in the next 2-3 years. Having a web presence supercharged with Social Media is how businesses will be seen and heard.  We can help our customers succeed in their business with a complete online solution to promote them, capture their leads, nurture their leads and generate them income. They can either wake up to sales or money in their account or a number of leads to service.  Plus we love the creativity. We are creative creatures, we can think of something and have it on the Internet within minutes, "literally"

It all depends on your requirements and needs, each website has a different purpose. some are to sell hundreds of products on, some are to collect leads. We can discuss that and work our your best option.  Q. Do you do onsite meetings and consultations? A. We love meeting our clients, so yes.

What the website is for, business or personal. Wo the target market/niche is. What the purpose of the website is, sales, lead generation or just information. Do they have content ready. Do they have an idea of the style, colour scheme they would like. Do they have logo's created.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

We always encourage our customers to look at some websites or designs before meeting with us. We also advise customers to try different colour schemes before sticking to one style, rather than making various changes afterwards. A 3rd tip is to think of how many pages you want your website to have and what you would like to call your pages, we will always assist you, however it is your website, so we want your idea's to shine also.

At AusLocal we believe price isn't everything, we aren't the cheapest and we aren't the most expensive in our field. While we could charge a lot more, we believe in delivering high quality service at an affordable price.

While we run a number of campaigns and deals, generally our services are charged in fixed amounts for larger projects, or hourly increments for smaller projects.
