Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes, we have public liability insurance and work is of course guaranteed. If for some reason there is an issue, it will be resolved swiftly and promptly.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I began in wedding photography and loved the ceremony side of the day, so much so, that I decided to be the person that is able to share that with the bride and groom on their special day. I have always been a compassionate and caring person, so being a celebrant suits me very well.

What do you like most about your job?

I love that when people request a celebrant, it is to celebrate something, whether it is a bond through marriage, a life well lived or a blessing for a long life to come. Everyone adds their personal touch to each ceremony and I am so proud to be a part of all of them.

I provide a personalised ceremony, unlimited edits, rehearsal and meet and greets. I am caring, compassionate and personable, passionate in making each event, a memorable one.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

The date of the event, the place of the event, and what the event is that is required. With this information, I can determine if I am available for that day, and quote accordingly.

Potentially, if they write ideas on what they want included in the ceremony, then correspond via email, rather than a lot of meetings, whereby I have to spend fuel money driving to a venue, this will save money as well.

It up to date with the market and other celebrants in the area. I am more than happy to be competitive if need be, as well as flexible, offering payment plans when requested.

The average fee is $650 for weddings or funerals, $450 for commitment ceremonies, and $350 for basic naming and blessing ceremonies, depending on how elaborate and personalised the ceremony needs to be.

I provide a range of services, in majority of fields wherein a celebrant would be required, such as commitments ceremonies, funerals, namings and blessings etc.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I am fully qualified, holding a current Certificate 4 in Celebrancy. This allows me to oversee a variety of celebrations and services, including commitment ceremonies, funerals, namings, blessings and the like.
