Thank you so much to Nathan, Riley and Jordan at AMSCO Electrical and Refrigeration for responding to my inquiry within seconds, providing the advice and quote within minutes and booking the job at a date and time that suited me - super quickly! The price was more competitive than any other company and I have not had customer service with follow up calls and emails to keep me informed of booking dates/times such as theirs in a very long time. The team that completed the removal of the old and installation of the new unit were so efficient and clean and tidy - absolutely brilliant. If you need any electrical or air conditioning works done just call Nathan and the team at AMSCO Electrical and Refrigeration. You will surprised that great customer service and fabulous tradesmen are still around! I highly recommend this company.

  They rang on the morning of the day they had agreed to come and do the job to say they could not come after all so I got someone else to do the job, which was an urgent one for a disabled pensioner. I gave them 2 stars because at least they rang.

  I gave you a call in the morning well before the agreed time to say that we weren’t going to be able to make it which unfortunately can happen when a job doesn’t go to plan. I did say I could be there Wednesday because we were in the area that day and I never heard back. I’m sorry we couldn’t make the agreed time, unfortunately this does happen and I apologise for the inconvenience it’s caused.
