I treat your house with respect. I treat it as if it my own home And I show up on time, If for some reason I am running late I maintain communication at all time I will let you know that I am late before I am supposed to arrive

As much information as you can provide is paramount.  If your tap is leaking.  Where is the tap? Kitchen or bathroom What tap is it? Basin tap, bath tap, kitchen tap ect What type of tap? Single lever mixer or individual tap set The more info the better & remember a picture is worth a thousand words

As we all know time is money. The quicker I can complete a job the cheaper the job becomes for you. i.e If I am coming to fix a leak under you sink and it is clean and tidy I don't have to waste time pouring through all the bits and pieces that everyone collects under the sink.

My pricing is clear and transparent. I will explain clearly what you will be charged for materials and exactly how much my labour costs are. I hate hidden charges so therefore I have none.

For first time customers I generally take payment at the completion of the job, you will then go onto a 7 day account system.

I focus my business on general maintenance plumbing but specialise in bathroom renovations. I also have a lot of experience in solving stormwater and moisture problems.
