We are fully insured and offer customer satisfaction guarantee! For any reason you need our cleaners to return to site, we will send them back free of charge.

It is not required for us to have this information, however you can be assured all of our staff, volunteers and cleaners have the required and appropriate vaccinations (including COVID) to be working.

We give our cleaners the required and appropriate PPE (Personal, Protective Equipment) to be able to work efficiently and correctly in your home, office or business.

We are committed to supporting New Australians after their first five years of settlement in Australia. We help to promote socio-economic participation and combat social isolation. Our Mission is to empower mostly but not limited to New Australians i.e. those refugees and migrants who no longer are part of the Australian Government’s settlement program to be part of the workforce or business community to proudly take their place as acknowledged and valued members of Australian society. This is done as a Multicultural Family Support Hub in SE Queensland, through a Holistic Approach. We are symbolically a “Tree” welcoming any “birds” with any needs at any time i.e. a drop-in centre and bridge between New Australians, the Government and other services providers and stakeholders.

We offer a customer satisfaction guarantee AND competitive pricing rates within our industry. It does not happen often with our services, however if you are not satisfied with the clean, we will ensure we get the job done correctly, with no extra charge!

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Area/s to be cleaned or maintained, preferred timeframe (if you have one), any damage to be aware of, any special requests. Our cleaning services are very thorough and detailed, but if you have a specific request we will happily accommodate with no extra fee for extra service. Please note if your extra requests take extra time, the hourly rate will be adjusted - but no additional charge on top of hourly rate for extra service requests.

As a non-profit subcompany we price according to supporting our workers and their time, as well as ensuring our prices are competitively matched with industry research for the level of service we provide; this ensures our customers are paying the right amount for the right level of excellent service.
