Yes I am, and all agreed work has a 12 month guarantee on workmanship. And in some cases products installed on a per case basis.

I like to make sure I stick to some basic rules that I so often see broken such as being punctual, maintaining good communication throughout a project, no surprises on costs or end product. Always striving for maximum efficiency. And last but not least, good old fashioned manners and curtesy.

Desired outcome, pictures are ideal, the customers budget/resources. And the timeframe allocated by the client so as to manage labour force

Having a clear idea of what they want, pictures are great.   Stick to what you decide on unless it is absolutely necessary.   Have a budget and let the person offering the service know as it helps to indicate your expectations, both on cost and outcome of the project.
