I have a passion for changing people’s life to be active and healthy. ​In the past years, I’ve worked with people with chronic diseases as a Registered Nurse in community setting. I witnessed that healthy lifestyle including regular exercises and healthy eating habits improve people’s quality of life. It is more effective if people start doing regular exercises and eating healthy diets in early stage of life, however it is NEVER late to start to get active and healthy.
