We are insured. Our work and workmanship is guaranteed.   Items such as appliances/fixtures and fitting are part of manufacturers warranty.

We have experienced registered builders running all the projects from start to finish, unlike others who often are tradies in carpentry or tiling and so on and think they can do everything.

- Ensure all the plans are final and ready for building permit if not already issued - For shop fit outs ensure the services engineering has been completed (e.g. fire, mechanical etc.) - For houses, extensions, bathrooms and kitchens not changing things half way into building/construction

For building, shop fit outs, bathroom and kitchen renovations we usually charge based on scope of works, site visits and plans and specifications. Occasionally we may charge cost plus for certain projects where the building cost is quite high.

Our builders have minimum 15 years experience in building and construction and have varying qualifications such as Masters in Project Management, Bachelors in Building Infrastructure Technology, Diploma of Building and Construction, Certificate IV in OH&S etc.
