    I booked an exit clean with Pavi and her staff. They came out on Sunday as I requested an in person review so they as a business could get a clear view of the state of the property. I was told the the job was $320.00 I clearly stated what areas I needed done as we had a new kitchen installed and painted our walls. So no kitchen clean or wall clean was required at all. I also dusted the property as we needed to paint and scrubbed the toilet and vanity in the hopes that more attention would go towards the tiles and shower. To be honest I’m disappointed with the job and am not sure that the land lord will return our bond based on the fact that there was still dust in the window tracks that could have easily been wiped with a wet cloth and tiles that remain dirty inside the bathroom. There’s still soap scum on some of the times in the shower that is so blatantly obvious. THIS IS AN EXIT CLEAN SO IT NEEDS TO BE AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE. Also as cleaners and as an ex-cleaner there should have been some initiative used to remove obvious marks off some floor boards. My washing house was not even wiped down at all :( I’m very disappointed. If i didn’t have a newborn baby I honestly would’ve done a more thorough job. Upon reviewing the property the worker was also quite aggressive when my mother was providing customer feedback as we are trying to avoid a service recall. I also got a message from the owner advising the grout was not part of the job and yet this was what I specifically stated on our call and also in person when they reviewed the property. I would greatly appreciate if more businesses would just put a price they’re happy to charge to do a decent job instead of trying to be competitive and gaining business but doing an average job. Please don’t take on a job if you aren’t capable or cannot be bothered. Let customers book with people that are capable it just wastes people time and money! I’ve given a two star at I was happy with the inside of the cupboards which were very filthy and dusty. But otherwise, I just feel a little more attention to detail could have been taken and that the job was rushed.

    Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. I can understand your frustration, but according to our terms and condition, we have sent the proposal prior to the service, which had full information about whats included and not. There was 2 employees and they spent 3 to 4 hours for the job, After the service we ask the customers to inspect the property thuroughly to make sure that you are satisfied and we have completed everything that was included. I thought you would be there since you stated the jobs which you have requested when we reviewed the property, but unfortunately you had to send your mother. She did point out few areas and the cleaners stayed back and fixed them for you. She also paid us cash because we fixed everything that was addressed. Please remember that if the real estate have any concerns, we will still come back and rectify the issues within 48 hours for no extra costs. Quality of the service and Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Thank you
