  On first meeting with Stefan and starting the project Stefan was great, very accomodating and patient considering the messing around we had from the steel supply company. Unfortunately his workmanship wasn’t so good. From the footings being out of line as well as inconsistent sizing and round when they were supposed to be sq to the 90 x 90 main supports being out of line we noticed more and more areas of poor workmanship. When questioned it was always “I’ll fix it when I do the bracing or I’ll fix it when I lay the deck” of course it shouldn’t of happened in the first place but once noticed should have been fixed before proceeding with anything else which it wasn’t. Stefan still proceeded to charge us even though the work wasn’t complete, we are very disappointed in the workmanship and would not recommend Stefan. . Then had an accident were he wasn’t coming back for a month. We told him not to bother coming back and we’d do it ourselves. We have organised another builder and It is now costing us thousands to fix all the poor workmanship and re do what should have been done correctly in the first place, on contacting Stefan in the hopes he will do the right thing and compensate us by paying for some of the cost for the re works we haven’t heard from him. No contact what so ever.
