How did you decide to get into your line of work?

A very close friend of mine had a contract to clean two KMart stores in Newcastle. My wife and I worked for him on weekends. He had to move back to Melbourne to help his father with his business so we took over the contract. We were approached by the company who we sub contracted to, To take on more stores. The two stores turned into six within a year. We were monitored monthly and had the highest percentage of any contractor in the company.We averaged between 98% and 100% every month. Word gets around and we no longer  sub contract to anyone as customers usually deal direct.

One of the most common questions we get is "How much will cost to clean my three bedroom home?"   Every home is different.When it comes to house cleaning we always like to do a site inspection rather than give estimates over the phone or by email

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

We are always on time and never keep people waiting. Our staff are police checked. We train our staff and they actually work with my wife and myself before they can attend any job on thier own. We have strict OH&S Policies in place

If you are ready for immaculate premises,Call the Cleaning Company with an immaculate reputation. We are not happy with our work unless you are. We work dilegently to ensure that all service plan specifications are met to the highest industry standard.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

For Carpet Cleaning, How many rooms? For Floor Polishing, How many sqare meters? For Commercial Cleaning, A site inspection is required. For End of Lease Cleaning, Usually a site inspection is required.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

All One Flare customers can have thier carpet steam cleaned and deodorised from $33 per room. Three rooms or more and your hallway will be free of charge. We also offer Floor Polishing, Strip and Re-Seal from $1.90 per square meter

What makes your pricing competitive?

We do our absolute best to beat any written quote. Although we sometimes get beaten,we usually get called back as the customer has not been totally satisfied with the company who provided the cheaper quote.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

Generaly we charge by the hour. Carpet Cleaning is charged per room. Floor Polishing is charged by the square meter. Commercial Cleaning is to be negotiatiated as it depends requirements the customer needs as most are on an ongoing basis.

We clean and manage cleaners for reputable companies such as Repco Pty Ltd, KMart, Coles, Liquorland, Dowling Real Estate,LJ Hooker, Tony Cant Real Estate, The Nova Team, Newcastle Embroidery and North Star Motors. We have over 40 years of combined experience in Floor Polishing, Carpet Cleaning,Commercial and Domestic Cleaning.
