  Job was completed professionally and to high standard once the tradesmen arrived. On two occasions the job was booked in on a certain date and then cancelled by the company on the evenings prior and rescheduled last minute. They did maintain good communication throughout and apologised for the cancellations, and did offer to take $100 off the quote price for the inconvenience, though web the account came I don't think this discount was applied. So other than that, very happy with the works completed.
