  Location: Fyansford, VIC

  Took an hour and a half to clean one window because they took out the glass and used a screwdriver to pick at the tracks. This was done on all the windows and made for a very long day and huge bill. Their vacuum couldn't pick up dog hair, which was my main concern and discussed in advance. Only 2/4 bins were emptied. When I spoke to the owner about my concerns he did not answer me and texted me the next day asking if I paid the invoice yet.

  Hi Jessica when I came to your demolishing yard office you said the office, all windows and the carpet been not cleaned since so many years and we could see the dog poos everywhere and we charged a reasonable price and you were happy with the price and you checked everywhere after we finished and said you were so happy because it been not cleaned many years and apreciate our service and you said you would recommend to other people. when we sent the invoice you were not picking the phone or replying back and try to didn't give the money for a long time and saying lot of excuses. we are very reputable and having customers since long time and not advertising anywhere only getting word of mouth. The screw driver we used to unscrew the fly screen screws and no one using the screw driver as any cleaning equipment. your big two dogs was inside the office while we doing the cleaning and their falling the hairs all the time. You appreciated and been happy with our service and said you guys done amazing job and the office is spotless. you put a bad review after 3 months which is not fair and very strange. we are a family owned company and we have good reputation and values. this is my first experience from a customer.
