  This scumbag engages trades to fix his dodgy builds. Properties aren’t even ready or up to standard. Tries to get them to do multiple works outside of their scope with no payments made. You then ask for a part payment and he ghosts you. Then engages a lawyer to send letters of demand with no truth behind them!!! ABSOLUTE SCUM
