What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Clarify what exactly is included in what you are purchasing. Far to often customers may find themselves questioning why something was not completed, ask! Make sure you know what you want and verify this with who you are hiring.   A great example: I hired a bond cleaning company who stated they do not clean garages, this was fine as garages usually aren't included in bond cleans. However, on inspection I noticed that our laundry sink and surrounds had not been cleaned ( it was in the garage like most modern homes). I phoned the company to which I stated " do you clean laundries?" they said "yes". I asked why mine was not done to which they replied because it was in the garage.   This was very frustrating and honestly I just thought this was pure laziness.   All in all, ask questions and confirm the details.

Most customers tend to ask "what is included?". I then explain what is involved in their package of choice and if this is not suitable, together we customise it. With Customising packages the overall price does not necessarily increase however, it may depending on what is needed.   We will work with you to find the most cost effective outcome to match your needs.
