I am always on time but if I ever run over time with a previous job I will always keep in contact with the next customer. I keep in contact too regarding booked times of arrival and any changes that may occur. I treat a customer the same as I would like to be treated myself. Respectful and understanding of others needs.

The type of building and roof. If powerpoints are just a replacement of an existing one or a completely new supply and install. I like to speak to the customer to get an accurate picture of what is required.

I prefer to talk to a customer to get a proper idea and understanding of what is required before giving a final quote so I don't both under quote or over quote a customer. Sometimes a job is easier than initially thought so I will take that into consideration when charging the customer.

Cash on completion of job or I can provide an invoice with  my bank details for payment through automatic fund bank transfer.
