  We are a working couple and do not have time for the big housekeeping chores. It’s hard enough to wash the dishes each night, and on the weekend, all we want to do is relax or spend time with our kids. So,we hired Brighten Services Australia to come in every Saturday and clean up the house. They do all the routine vacuuming and cleaning we don’t have time for.They also do the laundry every fortnight and clean the appliance insides. My house is always clean and tidy, thanks to Brighten.

  I have an annual maintenance contract with Brighten for cleaning my office, and I should say that the cleaners are very good. I’ve had some trouble in the past with cleaning agencies, so I am so happy to find a company that actually lives up to what they said. My office is 3 levels and other agencies seemed to have trouble with the top floors, no so with Brighten. They always thoroughly clean the floors, washrooms and even the electronic equipment. I am so happy that I finally found a company I can trust, so I will definitely recommend them.

  I am really thankful to Brighten Services Australia for helping me out in an emergency some time back. After a burst pipe in the kitchen at midnight, my living room in ankle deep water. After a plumber had fixed the leak, I called Brighten Services Australia to clean up the mess. I was amazed at their professionalism and expertise.First, they mopped and dried the room. Then the carpet was spin dried, sanitised and the base of the walls was treated with antifungal solutions. Finally, the whole space was deodorised, leaving it smelling fresh and clean. The work was finished in two days. Thanks guys, great work.

  I am really thankful to Brighten Services Australia for coming to my rescue at a very crucial time. A couple of months back, a burst line in my kitchen flooded my living room, dining space and kitchen. It happened during the night, so when I discovered the calamity in the morning, the situation looked disastrous and beyond my ability to clean up. I contacted the agency and a team of cleaners soon landed at my house, after a plumber had fixed the leak and got down to work. I was really amazed at their professionalism. The carpets were steam cleaned and dried out; the furniture wiped clean, and the whole area was washed and mopped with anti-bacterial cleaning solution. As a parting shot, liberal doses of deodoriser were applied all over my home. Within a couple of days, the restoration process was over and my home was back to its original condition. Great work guys and thanks again.

  About six months back, my family and I had been away on vacation for about a couple of months and knew that the house would be in a mess by the time we returned with dust and dirt everywhere. Before leaving we had left a set of keys and instructions with Brighten Services to clean the house before we came back. A couple of days before we returned we rang them up and told them to carry out their cleaning routine. We were pleasantly surprised to find the house in exactly the same condition as when we left. About leaving the keys with them – the company is licensed and fully bonded and can be completely relied and depended upon. Great work guys and thanks.
