  I used Brilho Cleaning once, in July this year. I left the cleaner at my home and when I returned, not only was my home not cleaned properly (I sent photos to the company of dust under the bed, on surfaces, the floor not washed etc etc) but the cleaner also managed to scratch my brand new cooktop. The scratches were all over the cooktop and are not fixable. I alerted the company by email immediately, with photo proof of damage and the terrible cleaning. The owner came to inspect the damage and agreed to pay for a new cooktop. Five months later, I am still waiting for her insurance company to pay me, as she has not fullfilled her end, the company has not released the money. Please, under no circumstance hire this company. Not only will you have your house not cleaned as expected, but you might also incur damages like I did. This company is absolutely untrustworthy!!!!
