As required by the regulator Energy Safe Victoria, we have $10 million Public Liability Insurance We offer 12 months warranty on all labour and manufacturer's warranty on all parts.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

When I was 5 my mother has photos of my sitting before a cardboard box selling tranctors, by 14 I was gathering willow branches at the creek by our house and building bows and arrows to sell at the sunday market. I used money i earned from this to buy second hand toys, tools and gadgets which i would pull apart and learn how they worked and what could be done with electricity.  It was obvious at the age of 18 that the career I wanted was going to be electricity and I was fortunate enough to be offered an apprenticeship. Once qualified in 2008, I started my business Buggzy's Electrical which as of mid 2011 boasted over 1 million dollars in sales, showing our stance in our industry. I love my job and nothing makes me feel better than seeing a customer happy with the work we have completed.

What do we know about smart meters? Well a lot actually, they are a great advance in metering in Victoria and have a lot of advantages which will become more known once retailers have caught up with the upgrade. All meter meet the Australian standards and are tested for accuracy. People have told me they are worried their house may burn down or there bill is going to go up. Write down a list of the jobs you need completed and ensure you have the parts ready for us to install.  For a quoted price, we need to visit your property and look at your project.

Call us as early as possible when you are planning the job, we are happy to visit and look over the project and give you helpfull advise on design and also the order in-which works should be completed to save you money.

Jobs are completed by qualified and experienced tradesman, not a 1st year apprentice. We are able to complete the job faster and do a better job using our experience.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Generally we are able to visit your property and give you a quoted price, otherwise we charge an hourly rate for our labour plus materials. We normally work in a 2 man team for efficiency and quality. When a job only requires one person, you only get charged for that one person.
