A lovely First Home Owner couple building a brand new home in South West Sydney to start their family. They didn't qualify for finance and couldn't find the right builder. We got the finance for them and ended up working with a builder that won Macarthur region builder of the year. On time and on budget. They moved into their new home 2 months before little Charlize was born.

A $250 toilet or a $1250 toilet. 10 downlights or only 5 downlights?  2. A number of builders that specialise on your job will be asked if they have availability and interest to do the work. This cannot be underestimated. You wouldn't use a commercial litigation lawyer to assist with a family matter. The same applies with builders. Working with builders that specialise in what you are trying to do brings economies of scale, expertise and efficiency. This alone will save you money and time.   3. Having 3 builders that specialise in your project means you are getting the best price.
