If you are wanting to undertake a renovation, build an extension or new home, or subdivide a block into two or more as an owner-builder, or with an established builder, but have reservations about the process, our Project Management Team resolves those concerns from the design right through to the construction of your project. Our independent service and our years of knowledge and experience in the building industry, provides for a smooth and hassle-free process. All of our Project Managers maintain current builders licenses, they are genuine, invested, have positive communication skills and are extremely experienced in management. And most importantly, they are all round nice people. You will be assigned a Project Manager who will act as the conduit between the client and the builder. They work with the client, or the client and their builder to achieve the best outcomes for the client. Their vast experience in project management enables them to offer clear, expert and objective advice. Our Project Managers will schedule regular onsite meetings with the builder. Notes are taken at meetings, along with site photos to ensure any issues are addressed in a timely fashion. This also allows us to remain focused on the project at hand, whilst unresolved issues are still pending. Challenges always arise during construction, but knowing how to problem solve and have resolutions will save the client money. Working with one of our Project Managers will give you peace of mind, from start to finish.
