Our experience was disappointing, we had 4 girls come to do a job that normally would take cleaners between 2.5 to 3 hours (we have had 4 different cleaners over the last 10 years). The job was not horrible but certainly substandard. Initially we wanted to send them feedback but to our surprise the invoice that came was for 5.5 hours, that is double that of every cleaner we had so far. Assuming that it just had to be someone’s mistake we sent them a request to reconsider, 3 weeks later and we haven’t received ANY answer. Following that wouldn’t recommend this business.
