Yes, we did not advertise our services in any newspaper. The majority of our current clients are brought my our other clients.  Our clients are always praise our services and bring their friends.

Most of the clients concern about any extra charges. They do not want to pay a bill which is out of their budget after the services we provide. Therefore we always give them an accurate quote to avoid any unexpected fee charge.

Their budget. We are also a small business, so we understand how hard a small business is. We would love to meet your budget whenever possible.

1. Contact us by phone call or email first,  our administrative staffs will give you instructions for how to prepare the documents.  2. Write down your inquires in point form so that you will not miss any questions when you see Francis.  3.  Ask for discount if necessary,  we will help if possible.

We can offer 10% discount for off the plan purchase under $1 million. Originally was $1,100, discounted to $990. Plus disbursement.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We have very reasonable price based on hourly rate. But the fees are still negotiable, sometime we may consider client's budget or their previous invoice amount. And the agreed fees are clearly set out on the cost agreement or engagement letter.

Because we provide quite a big range of services. Some services by hourly rate,  the others fixed fee.  Depends on what kind of services.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Francis is a Solicitor & Barrister  (NSW 59022), with his previous experience in Hong Kong as company secretary and auditor,  he is well versed in corporate services,  in particular,  company formation and maintenance.  He is also a  Registered Migration Agent (1069556), he deals with different types of visa.  He can also go to tribunal and federal courts for visa refusal appeal. Regarding Accounting services,  Francis is a Chartered Accountant (ICAA-511895). He is well versed in book keeping,  accounting and auditing. Francis is also a Justice of the Peace NSW (196443).
