  The job itself was good however after guaranteeing a price with me, they told me on the day that they would like to charge more. Very sneaky and underhand. I told them 'no way' and they still did the job anyway. Basically make sure you agree a price upfront and the owner of the company should clearly communicate with his employees how much they should charge.

  Absolutely terrible service! Wil never use them again! We booked a carpet clean, when I came back from work, noticed that the carpet is not clean, there were still patches of stains left on the carpet, had no difference from what they were before. I asked for the refund, they said they would give me a refund only if I get an invoice from another cleaning company when the stain is removed. Very disappointing, do not use this company!
