Are you licenced? (Ask to see), Check QBCC website.  Is there home warranty insurance on the work over $3,300? ( unlicensed cannot provide) Policy issued by QBCC. Check if member of HIA or Master Builders. What government forms are provided? (Plumbers form 4, Waterproof Form 16, Building compliance form 21, Engineering Design form 15)

We are not the cheapest for a few reasons.  We do not use "Budget" materials that deteriorate.  We provide all required Government forms and insurances. Our warranty is backed by QBCC on insurable work. this can be up to 6.5 Years.

We can provide a fee for service written quote with Plans and specifications, that you can provide to other Companies. This means you are getting comparable quotes,instead of big variances in quality of materials, then finding out too late that the "cheapest" price ends up costing you more
