  Damaged tap housing with wrench when changing washers. Had to return as did not finish job properly and water was leaking from tap. Toilet cistern is still leaking after 3 visits, and again left the job unfinished even after I pointed this out. Courteous and friendly but I wouldn’t recommend due to lack of attention to detail.
