We are fully insured at Conquer Fitness Solutions. With regards to a guarantee - if you give us 8 weeks, and you are prepared to dedicate the time and focus to your goals, we will change you outlook on health and fitness and your love for your new self and how you feel.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have always been involved in sport and fitness. I went gyms, bootcamps, had personal trainers, sports coaches etc and found myself so curious and inquisitive about every aspect of that lifestyle. I found myself helping others almost daily as I loved it, so I decided to make it my lifestyle.

Every customer story is a great one to share. A lady in her mid 30's who hadn't exercised 1 day in her life (not even in school) who couldn't last 10 mins in her first session (with simple squats, crunches etc) is now, only 12 months later smashing out 2-3 full sessions a week

I absolutely love being able to help people to be more active, more mobile, eat heathier, live happier, play with their kids more, improve their sporting skills, enjoy life and so much more.

We are always on time, have never been late or ran over time. We have been to trainers where their client before us runs over time, therefore making your time shortened which can be frustrating. We don't just deliver the same old boring workouts you see at other gyms. Let us show you what we can do

I have spent many years being a fitness customer as well as providing the health and fitness to customers. I understand the struggles, the frustrations, the motivation levels, the lack of drive, the aging process and so much more that comes with wanting to be better in your health and fitness.

What is it you're looking to achieve? How much time can you dedicate to your training sessions? (how many days per week) Do you have any current limitations that may trouble you during exercise? If you do have any health concerns do you have the doctors clearance to exercise?

1. Have one less takeaway meal per week and put that money aside 2. Reduce the amount of coffees purchased and put that money aside 3. Purchase less expensive brands at the supermarket  4. Take your lunch to work instead of buying it 5. Ride your bike or walk where you can and save the petrol money

How do you normally charge for your service?

price does vary depending on how many people require the training and how many times per week the customer is wanting. Private sessions are 40 mins long which I have found to be the optimal time for what I deliver to help achieve the results.

I am qualified in most areas of fitness including Boxing, Mobility, Suspension, Kettlebells. I have played most sports, and have represented my country in 2 completely different sports. I've been around the good and the bad in the fitness area over the past 20 years and know what you want and need.
