Best personal trainers in Cleveland

After becoming a single parent it was difficult to find time to get to the gym outside work/school hours. It was fabulous to find Heather! She came to my house before work & put together varied workouts tailored to my personal fitness goals as well as providing dietary/nutrition advice. Heather is very knowledgable, experienced, professional and lovely. Definitely happy to recommend Heather as a personal trainer.

After my first week training with Rob I already feel so much better about myself, he is so easy going, fun, makes training fun because he helps you get mentally strong on top of physically strong, he is someone I can vent to whilst I train. He is just a pleasure to be around, I’ve never had a trainer like him before! Highly recommend Rob if your wanting to get physically and mentally fit :)

Damien is a very knowledgeable personal trainer. He really takes into consideration your goals and fitness level. The sessions are always well thought out and suited to what you want to achieve. Already after 6 weeks I feel so much stronger and fitter and seeing changes within myself. Can’t wait to continue with Reperio PT and smash out more goals!

I would highly recommend Michael Hermann Personal training and Performance Revolution. Michael and his training methods, professional advice on nutrition and training were instrumental in getting my fitness back on track. Under his guidance I was able to gain strength and endurance that I hadn’t had since my twenties. I gained lean muscle and energy that I need to keep up with a busy life with a young family and career. I’m the fittest I’ve been in my life at aged 43.
