Amazing first ever experience with a personal trainer. Damien is very professional from his appearance to the way he conducts the sessions and he helps you feel at ease immediately. I would highly recommend Damien to anyone who is wanting to increase their fitness or like me decide to get healthier. For someone who has never exercised a great deal I look forward to my sessions and absolutely love the boxing sessions.Annabelle A

Damien is a very knowledgeable personal trainer. He really takes into consideration your goals and fitness level. The sessions are always well thought out and suited to what you want to achieve. Already after 6 weeks I feel so much stronger and fitter and seeing changes within myself. Can’t wait to continue with Reperio PT and smash out more goals!
