Ladies Exclusive Personal Trainer with a Private Studio located in Victoria Point. No mirrors, No men.....it's just about you getting fit, healthy & fabulous in a safe, comfortable, fun environment. All classes are ladies only and everyone is very supportive and friendly. I specialize is women's weight loss, healthy lifestyles, pre and post natal training (and much more). My goal is to train women to help them feel empowered, strong, beautiful and happy in their own skin. I do run Ladies Only classes but also train many couples (I find that couples who train together are much more likely to reach their goals). Training includes Strength, Boxing, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Core and Resistance Training and uses equipment such as Kettlebells, Dumbells, Barbells, Slam Balls, Bodyweight and TRX (Suspension Training). No training session is the same so you will never get bored. First session is FREE, all you need to do is contact me to book in. I offer several different types of sessions including Small Group Training, 1on1 PT, 2 on 1 PT, MummyFit Bootcamp, Ladies Only Saturday Bootcamp and a Mens Only class available every week.
