    Job Description: Looking for a personal trainer who has: good understanding of body movement (had previous injuries) good dietary knowledge and who is encouraging but not too pushy My goal: be more toned Increase flexibility Being more healthy in general I had previous workout experiences in cardio, HIIT and weight training, but injured my knees and lower back. I also have a slight concern about heart rate being too high when exercise. Therefore I need someone who can provide scientific guidance. Plan to start with once per week at the gym in my resident building in South Brisbane, but I am happy to discuss alternatives.
