Neil cancelled the day before he wanted to do an eight hour job. We agreed to postpone it by a day but Neil never came. Neither did he answer my phone calls or sms. This is very disappointing and according to other reviews not the first time this is happening.Jody T

I have booked about 3 -4 times with Neil and still haven't seen him and rarely hear from him.... Every time he says that he is coming and never turn up, its you that has to follow up follow up and he never gets back to you.. not happy at all. only if he would look what he is doing would be a help...Donnette F
