How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have always been creative and into art and design, right through school art, photography and design were my major focus, from there Tafe education and now running my studio with 3 other employees.

We are often asked to create high end graphics on a tight timeframe. We recently were asked to design a new brand and product line for a cat product. We had 7 days to design the packaging and get it to the printer for store delivery in 3 weeks. All was completed on-time and budget.

Every project is individual, so a consultation is always required to discuss the full scope, outcomes, objectives, market, application and what assets you have to start with. Asking 'how much to design a brochure?' is a how long is a piece of string question.

Tip 1: Construct a clear brief on the individual tasks you would like us to design. Tip 2: Consider why you need it designed, so you have a clear idea of the outcome you want to achieve. Tip 3: The better the brief and client direction, the better the outcome, but leave the designing to us.

Being a small creative studio, we can offer high end design and professional service without the large price tag. You can always find a cheaper designer, but we are longstanding, caring and only charge for the time spent rather than naming a price we think we are worth.

How do you normally charge for your service?

With regular clients we build trust and have running accounts for the work we do. With new clients we usually quote to a brief and have a fixed cost. We are happy to work any way that the client feels most comfortable, everyone is different.

We do cover all aspects of the design, website and marketing industry, but do have a soft spot for branding, including logo design and packaging for retail. We have thousands of examples of work across many industries and applications. Signage, Stationery, Brochures, Flyers, Magazine, Posters etc.

Our creative team are Tafe & Uni qualified with many years experience. We use the latest technology software and equipment, plus have regular training to keep us in tip top condition. The owner operator has been in the industry since 1995 and has a wealth of experience in a wide variety of mediums.
