We like to quote in person, this way we get A visual for A more financially accurate quote. Our quotes are based on the size and condition of the property. We need an address, and A date/time suitable to provide the quote.

Dolphin Blue Mackay are very negotiable with pricing, as we all know every dollar counts!   We offer a free onsite quote for every customer, and if you follow us on Facebook, there are always special offers!

How do you normally charge for your service?

All of our customers are to pay for the cleaning on the day the clean is completed. Payment can either be credit card on the day or cash on the day. Once we have received payment, a receipt is provided.

Dolphin Blue Mackay specialise in a range of cleaning aspects, with our most popular requests being builder cleans, carpet cleaning, and office cleans.   All of our staff members have white cards for working on construction sites.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Our staff are offered on the job training, which is generally hands on. Our staff obtain all licences required for work purposes (Such as construction induction white cards, police checks and blue cards).
