  Thanks for keeping us up to date Deven – your team is doing a fantastic job. This is exactly what the school was hoping for – a company that will continue to look after the electrical needs on an annual basis such as the RCD testing and not just leave it up to the school to remember to book it in.   ElectWA was recommended to the school. After an initial telephone call from Deven to confirm a time, the team visited the school on the day and at the time arranged. Their attention to detail is impecable and each step of the work was explained in detail verbally - in language that even a lay person could understand - as well as a follow up email confirming all details. The team was onsite at the time that was arranged and each team member was very courteous and considerate of where they needed to be and whether their presence in the class would impact on the students. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Several issues appeared and were dealt with there and then. After each visit a follow up email was sent to the school explaining what had been carried out during the visit and what the next step would be. Communication, attention to detail written follow ups and friendly efficient service with a team that always greets you with a smile and a wave goodbye.
