Customers usually ask me to work unsupervised during the week so it does not interrupt their working schedule. A popular question is if i do weekend work, which I am happy to do also.

My pricing is very competitive. I visit the job site asap after communication to visually and verbally deliver my quote to fully understand the job before commencing.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

If i can access the particular part of the property with either my truck and or machines, I would need to know the side access or gate access widths. The size of the area to be worked on, a rough idea of the job you want completed. If the area is level etc

I am constantly perusing local companies price listings to ensure my pricing is always up to date and fair for the customers.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

I usually charge by the hour which differs for each job depending on which equipment is needed for each specific job, there is usually a 3 hour minimum charge with each job and a fuel levy is sometimes added depending on location from the depot.

I am specialized in all aspects of my trade but in particular love doing jobs including garden removals and driveway/ patio preparation.
