  It seems that EMAB cleaning belongs to Abdul and there is no other recourse than to express my concerns as a review here. To say I am disappointed in the clean is a major understatement. Not only did Abdul arrive in an argumentative state, his attitude was unhelpful and rude. Starting with me not being honest that this was a 2 storey house!!! A bit hard to hide that! He argued that I had put something sticky on the kitchen benchtop surfaces …. after he had covered the surface in whatever product he was using. A professional cleaner may have thought to vacuum a terracotta tiled floor before slopping water everywhere extending the dirt and having it sit on the porous tile. To have a vacuum that doesn’t have the right head for a carpet is ridiculous. The carpet was left dirty. To empty dirty water onto the carport tiles was unprofessional. It left debris after the water soaked through. His co-worker was trying to be helpful and at least he was pleasant. The whole thing was stressful and I am not just questioning the value for $435 but that others should know the service they will receive from Abdul at Emab Cleaning. Sincerely Karen

  your job was under quoted as you didn't tell me it was a double storey even after several mails between us. It meant more work and more time, and hence not our fault about the finish time. I have gone ahead with your job despite my better judgement because you are a senior. There is heaps of falsehood here including you paying the said amount as you have further short-changed Emab by not paying the initial under quoted cost. I go extra miles for seniors on any job but you provide a learning curve for me. Thanks for your comments
