We have been in the cleaning industry for more than 15 years and have successfully completed a huge amount of end of lease cleans and carpet cleans as well... We combine both the cleaning and the carpet cleaning service which saves you alot of time and effort rather than finding two separate services.. We are fully equipped with high quality cleaning products and have all the criteria and documentation necessary for any cleaning task.. All of our cleaners are police checked..have wwc certificates and white cards.. We work with your real estates checklist and if they're not happy for any reason we will go back and fix the issue.. Also there is a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel same day or are a no show **please note that your bond guarantee is solely dependent on the agents decision, he/she is responsible for conducting the inspection of your premises and he/she will decide if the clean is satisfactory or not in order for your bond to be returned, if we are recalled we will attend to fix any issues, you as a tenant cannot be responsible for the cleaning standard **** *Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any issues that might arise after we have attended a clean and you as the tenant re enter the property for further cleaning or moving any furniture or personal items left behind * Here's what customers say about us: 12/02/2019 19:11 We were extremely happy with the job done by the team.
