What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Initialy for a basic quote, it helps to know... is if the painting inside or outside? if inside - how many rooms? - Ceilings? - are the walls are currently a light or dark colour? if outside, - is it two story? We will arrange with you to come and have a look for a final quote.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We are always mindful of the fact that generally there will be more then one quote, and if we want to win, we need to be competitive. If you do get a better quote, talk to us we will see what we can do ;)

How do you normally charge for your service?

We quote a complete price, like a flat rate. This protects you from the common issue people have when hiring by the hour, the work seems to take longer to complete. It is in our interest to complete the work efficiently as we get paid on completion. If the job takes longer then expected, the price stays set as on the quote.
