How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I completed my first courses in fitness over 25 years ago when I did bodybuilding myself. I was introduced to it in high school through a friend of mine. I was instantly hooked!!

You need to ask how long they have been a trainer for....Many now come from short PT courses and come out with little hands on experience.

Why so affordable?? I can keep my fees low as I work from my own well equipped air conditioned studio, therefore I don't have to pay rent, franchise fees or any other overheads. Why be trained by an inexperienced trainer and pay twice as much!!?? The old saying "you get what you pay for" is not always true. You will find it hard to find someone as experienced and as passionate as i am when it comes to helping clients with their health and fitness

I have over 25 years experience and extremely passionate about what I do. I honestly love my job!!!,I am not one of those young trainers who have just completed a 6 week course and wants to charge in excess of $80 per 45min session.

i have over 25 years experience and very affordable to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to keep/stay fit and healthy . I have a genuine interest in helping others achieve their fitness goals

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

All I need is your availability to train for example are you able to train early mornings, after 5pm etc . It is even more affordable if you bring and friend along. Of course I need to be aware of any injuries you might currently have, or have had in the past.

You will be saving your money as soon as you start training with me......keeping fit is not meant to be draining on the wallet/purse.

What makes your pricing competitive?

I train from my own huge, fully equipped, air con studio at home.  I dont have the rent or overheads to pay so therefore i can afford to charge reasonably so that my clients can afford to train more and reach their goals in a more timely manner.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

my fees include full 60 minutes . You can by cash or pay directly into my business account. No need to buy "packs" of sessions. I just ask that 24 hours notice is given if you are unable to make a session. I will always try my best to fit you in for a make up session.

I am always studying different areas of fitness, including the psychology behind it, nutrition, mental illness, pregnancy, rehabilitation and motivation ensuring i keep up to date with the fitness industry.
