horrible experience, cleaners did a poor job (only 1 person turned up), called them to come out and finish the job and they failed to turn up on 3 occasions. Paid them $200 extra in advance to ensure they did a good job. Partner contacted them from another phone as they didn't answer or reply to multiple calls/messages. Ended up paying another cleaner to finish the job.Jaiden G

The worst service I have experienced in recent memory. Fast to take my money & slow to do everything else. Had to return to site to clean places that were part of inclusions but left dirty. They didn’t steam clean carpets (part of inclusions) until I told them they weren’t done. Unfortunately had to show open home with dirty carpets. Requested 5 times for an itemised tax invoice. Received it 3 weeks after works and not itemised. FN terrible company. I do not recommend. buyer beware.Abhi

They left the bin without cleaning. And mentioned later they don't do that. After looking at house they asked for extra $200 @ last minute leaving with no option but to pay. I had to pay extra money to landlord for carpet cleaning marks and stair marks which they should have removed with industrial products. Very poor service..
