We receive so many calls, text and mail each day, from clients asking questions like ”I have a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, how long that will take or how much it will charge ?     The answer is this is generally not so much about only the size of your home, but more about how much is on your chore list and how detailed you wish your place to be cleaned in.   Some factors which may cause longer time than usual to complete a job:  -wet dusting at home along with window ledges and skirting boards (family has dust allergies) -some families don’t  have time to put away toys, books, newspapers etc, so cleaner has to pick everything up before cleaning can start -some families consist of two adults, plus 3-4 teenagers (so bathrooms are particularly messy) -one dog and one cat at home can create extra vacuuming and dusting of their hair -some home have large rooms with multiple windows in each room (so there are numerous  window ledges to clean) and there can be also big difference in size of kitchen and bathrooms in a house.
