We are interested in creating a relationship with all our clients so to be able to assist them in current and future requirements. We have a large clientel base and 90% of our work is for repeat clients that we have been servicing for many years. What makes your pricing competitive?
Our pricing is kept to a minimum as we aim for our clients to be call us back next time.
Our charge rates are competitive but the advantage we have over others is in the experience that our staff have, we will get the job done in the minimum amount of time and cost and passing this benefit on to our clients

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
Give us a call and discuss it with us, prior to the start of the job we may advise you to choose your light fittings or equipment and have them ready for us to install or even advise on the best suppliers
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Advise us on the job location, time frame, type of building eg.double story, brick venner, flat roof etc, we will also need to work out wether the installation or switchboard may need upgrading for the additions eg. does the switchboard have safety switches and circuit breakers, is the wiring old or up to current ruloes and regs.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Rest assured that we are a fully insured business with $10m Public Liability Cover, Work Cover policies in place, All our staff have Working With Children Permits All jobs are under the direct supervision of a qualified A Grade Electrician and we certainly Guarantee our workmanship for life.

Because of the way we have conducted our business relations with our clients in the past, we have enjoyed their return business for over 30 years without losing any valued clients
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
The most common questions we are asked is can we do the job at minimal cost, can we do the job on time, and do we provide a safety certificates and we are proud to answer these questions with a YES
What do you like most about your job?
The best part of my job is when the job is completed and the client sees the finished project and experiences the value in the work we have done for them. Nothing better than to see a happy client.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
Severall years ago, we where tendering for a large domestic developement project, and the developers received recommendations from 3 different sources, for the electrical contract. All 3 recommendations where directed for us to win the contract, four years later we continue to carry out electrical installations for this same project
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I had an uncle that was interested in hiring an electrical apprentice, once I completed my time I found employment as an A grade electrician with severall other companies involved in different industries within the electrical field and experiencing a wide range of electrical work before I had started my own business.
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
With a 4 year apprenticeship, which I had completed 35 years ago, I hold a current A Grade Electricians liscence, along the way I had completed a Special Class electricians course, now the holder of a Registered Electrical Contractors liscence gaining the experience in all fields of electrical work from installations to servicing to fault finding and testing
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
I have experienced such a wide variety in the electrical industry that i can confidently say that I specialise in none and master in all. There are aspects that I enjoy more than others however the needs of our clients are the things we specialise in the most
How do you normally charge for your service?
Because of our clientel based business and the level of trust that we have with our clients, we charge an hourly rate plus the cost of materials used, however sometimes they do request a quote as they may have a budget to work to, most new clients require this as well and we are happy to provide quotations at anytime for them
