Job Type: Home Cleaning
Location: Lenah Valley, TAS
Wouldn't use her again, was told $250 paid $400. Was told it would be done by Saturday at 6pm wasn't "finished" till Sunday 6pm then had to send her back to actually finish the job that she said was already done. I asked her to go back on the Monday and she said she would.. She didn't actually go back Until the Wednesday in which I had to keep Paying rent for the property whilst she was still "cleaning". When I asked her to go back and finish the job she had been asked to complete and had said she completed she said I'd have to pay for more cleaning products and for an extra hour of her time that's when I thought enough was enough I said I'd pay for extra cleaning products if I had to but this had dragged on long enough and to leave an Invoice with the real estate that wasn't done. I hired her to make things less stressful for me, it made things 100x more stressful and it would have been easier if I just did it myself... Over all experience -5/10... repliedGay Deacon16 Jun 2014
I explained to Stephanie that I had just returned to this work and underquoted as I had not studied the work that needed to be done closely enough. They had a cat there which had sprayed faeces all over the house. The smell was disgust king and I told I would try and get rid of the smell but couldn't promise I could. She expected me to pay for expensive cat odour removal chemicals. And spend extra time . That was worth at least $500 if anyone else did it. I did go back twice to try to get rid of smell which the real estate told me it wouldn't work. I did the best I could cause I thought she would loose her bond. I never charged her for this or the chemical. She was very umntealistic of her predicament
